Apply a thin layer of conductive gel to clean, dry skin. Select a mode and glide the device slowly upwards over the face and neck for 10–15 minutes, 3–4 times a week. Keep away from the eyes. Wipe the head clean after each use.

Do I need conductive gel?
Yes. Gel helps the head glide and makes the RF and EMS functions comfortable. A water-based gel or aloe gel works well.

Does it feel hot?
You will feel gentle warmth. If it feels too hot, keep the device moving and choose a lower level.
